Bring us the problem rather than the specification. Whether people need to find you, buy from you, book you, log in to you, or stop you doing the same task every Monday, the answer is a different thing each time, and working out which is the first part of the job.
Everything a small business runs on, built by five people from an off-grid property in the Apuseni mountains.
Power off the roof, heat out of the woodpile, and an internet connection that is faster than it has any right to be.
A place like this sorts your life into what is needed and what was only habit. We build software the same way.
If it lives on the web, we build it
Lucky Gold
An online shop where every item exists exactly once.
Nothing in the inventory repeats. One phone, one ring, one price, gone when it is gone. Ordinary shop software assumes the opposite, so we built the catalogue around scarcity rather than stock levels, and wired it to post each item to the branch listings automatically.
Calendar Stoma
Four clinics, three booking systems, one calendar.
A dentist who works across several clinics has their week scattered over systems that will never talk to each other. This pulls all of it into one view, so the answer to whether Thursday is free takes a second rather than four phone calls.
Terra Scout
Five listing sites watched, for the one plot worth the drive.
Good land is listed badly and sells fast. This watches five sites on a three-hour cycle, throws out the duplicates and the misfiled, and ranks what is left by whether it is worth getting in the car for.
RClaudiu
A whole project set up before the coffee is ready.
Starting a project used to cost an afternoon of clicking through four dashboards, and it was the kind of afternoon where you get one setting wrong and find out in week three. Now it is one command and the same result every time.
The base camp is in the Apuseni, in the western Carpathians. The rest of us are spread across two countries and one ocean.

Pitești
There is a persistent idea that serious work needs a serious room. Glass, a fourth floor, a name on the door. But no function was ever written better because of the carpet. What changes the work is attention, and attention is easier to find in a place where very little is competing for it. We are up here for that, and for the fact that a life which runs on sunlight and firewood costs very little to run.
The lines we will not cross
A studio this small stays honest by what it refuses. The list is short, it is public, and it does not move for a bigger number.
No dark patterns. No fake countdowns, no confirmshaming, no subscription that needs a support ticket to escape. Not in our marketing, and not in anything we ship for you. If a thing only works while the customer misunderstands it, it does not work.
No crypto, no gambling, no adtech. We build things people want to exist, not numbers people want to go up.
No work we cannot explain to you. Ask why something costs what it costs, or why we chose one approach over another, and you get an answer in words you already have. Technical language used to close a conversation is a sales tactic.
You own everything. Code, repositories, accounts, domain. At the end you get the keys, not permission to rent your own website back from us.
No project we do not have room to do properly. We run a small number of builds at a time. If we are full we will say so, rather than take a deposit and put you in a queue.
No growing for the sake of growing. The moment there are enough of us to need somebody whose job is managing the rest of us, the thing you came here for has quietly stopped existing.
THREE WAYS TO WORK WITH US
Something that does not exist yet. You bring the business and what it needs to do. We come back with one price and one date, and neither moves unless what you asked for moves. What we take on:
Booking and scheduling systems
Online shops and content hubs
Customer portals and dashboards
Internal tools, the spreadsheet replacements
AI features built on Claude
For a business already running, where the website has stopped being the interesting problem. A flat monthly fee, cancel whenever it stops earning its keep, and the month goes on whatever moves the number that matters to you:
New features as the business needs them
Speed, search, and the repairs nobody enjoys
Analytics that answer a question
Automating the task that eats your Monday
Somebody on the phone when it breaks
A straight opinion before you spend
Free, open, no email required to read anything. We write the studio down as it happens:
Real project costs and where they went
The mistakes, with the invoice attached
How we build, in enough detail to copy
Working and living off grid in the Apuseni
What we are learning about running a small studio well
